LeadMO is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit committed to developing a diverse and inclusive pipeline of talented leaders who are devoted to building a Missouri centered on equitable progress.

We are building a strong network of forward-looking leaders who drive policies which ensure every Missourian has the opportunity to thrive.

LeadMO is committed to educating stakeholders on issues of public concern in alignment with our values. We work with people who display a commitment to:
