For-profit companies can spend vast sums of money recruiting talent, especially for senior level roles; rarely is that available to small nonprofits. While LeadMO does not have the resources to take on executive level searches for every organization, we believe through timely talent consultations we can better understand the hiring needs of our Hired Up organizations and help them plan for future growth.
