LeadMO Action exists as a centralized hub to identify, train, and support leaders who want to run for elected office at every level of the ballot. LeadMO Action takes a central role in training candidates, regardless of party affiliation, to run effective campaigns and build coalitions to actualize policy change for the long term.

We are looking for the next generation of dynamic, diverse leaders to build a progressive bench across Missouri – in all 114 counties. In our candidate trainings we demystify the process of running smart, strategic modern campaigns and support candidates who share our values and ideals.

LeadMO Action will provide training and support for candidates to run campaigns centered in their communities with a focus on building power to change Missouri for the better.
